Everything below covers only justpercent.bilargo.com, the site in front of you.

Overview

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing else to your device either — no local storage, no session storage. It runs no analytics, carries no tracking scripts, and has no contact form and no sign-up. Browsing it leaves no personal data with us beyond what our hosting provider logs automatically as part of standard web traffic handling. That one thing is set out in full below.

Data controller

The data controller for justpercent.bilargo.com is Bilargo — Michał Lipski, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, Aleja Partyzantów 51A, 24-100 Puławy, Poland, NIP 7161515351, REGON 061686949. Contact: privacy@bilargo.com.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, collects standard server logs — IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser user-agent strings — when serving these pages. An IP address is personal data, so here is the full picture. We process it for the security and performance of the site; the legal basis is our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processes these logs for us, as our processor and on our instructions. On the plan we use, raw request logs are not available to us at all — exporting them is an Enterprise-only feature — and the request-level data we can see, which includes IP addresses, covers the previous seven days and nothing older. We keep no separate copies, and what Cloudflare retains for its own purposes is set out in its own privacy policy. Cloudflare runs a global network: requests are served from its edge servers, while the metadata about those requests is processed in its data centers in the United States and in Europe. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in their controller-to-processor module; those clauses form part of Cloudflare’s data processing addendum. Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy describes its own practices.

Email correspondence

If you write to privacy@bilargo.com or support@bilargo.com, we process your email address, any name you give us, and the content of your message together with any attachments, so that we can answer you or act on a request to exercise your data protection rights. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in handling correspondence addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for a rights request, our legal obligation to act on it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Our mailboxes are hosted by home.pl S.A. in Poland, so this correspondence stays within the EEA. We keep correspondence until the matter is closed and then for one year; records of a privacy-rights request are kept for five years from our response.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and — where the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent, on the performance of a contract with you, or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, have it sent directly to another controller. Because the processing described above rests on our legitimate interest, you may object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa (uodo.gov.pl).
